A cannon that can’t shoot but is a lamp. You can rotate it in all directions with the base and wheels.
It utilizes a regular E26 / E27 socket kit with ring that you can get everywhere. No tools other than a coin are required for the assembly.
You can position the cable outlet perfectly while also being able to wind up the cable inside, so you get the optimal cord length.

What you need
The 3d printed parts
A E27 (EU) or E26 (US) lamp socket kit that come with a screw-on attachment ring (check the images for a cross section with measurements). You can easily get the sockets with cord and switch on Amazon, Ikea or your local hardware store.
A LED bulb, preferable short
Dark colored and non-translucent filament
A coin or similar sized object

Instructions (go along with the images)
Print all parts
Insert the socket from below into the shoot
Screw in the ring from above
Snap-on the back while using the fuse as orientation helper
Attach the cannon to the top base with the two wheels, make sure that the slit in the base sits at the back of the cannon so the cable goes in nicely.
Insert the cable into the bottom base
Fix the cable in place with the little insert
Join the two base parts by placing the top on the bottom. Make sure to pay attention to the winding direction of the cable if you want to wind it up a little.
Insert the base screw from below
Use the coin to screw it shut
Optional: Print and glue in the TPU feet

Usage
Open the wheels a little for vertical rotation
Use the rotational movement between the two base parts for horizontal rotation.
Align your outlet so it looks nice and clean
You can adjust your cable length by winding it up in the base, pay attention to the winding direction and potentially open it up for the job to not damage it.
