What better way to celebrate these Holidays than by sharing your incredible 3D printing creations? This holiday season, we're hosting one of our sportiest competitions of the year – Hive Reels Challenge!
Upload your Reels, tag Hive, and win a 3D printer this holiday season 🏆
Some of you might remember the first time we ran it — we got a few awesome entries, but not quite enough to finish it properly. So we’re bringing it back with a fresh start, and making it even better than before!
We want to see your most festive, creative, and stunning Hive-only 3D prints come to life in a short Instagram Reel. It doesn’t need to be a fancy edit or a cinematic experience.
You can simply share a cool timelapse video, outdoor shots of your Hive models, you highlighting the 3D print or anything. What we want for you is to create a reel you’d enjoy to share with the world. It’s a fantastic way to showcase your talent, business and creativity.
Fret not, like every other challenge, even this one comes with some amazing prizes, one of which is a brand new Bambu Lab A1 3D printer!

🎯 How to Participate?
It’s easy to participate in this competition. Just follow these simple instructions.
Log in to Hive and go to your Design Library
Choose any Hive-only design from your library. [Use the Hive-only toggle on left menu]
Print the model. Add your twist. Maybe you could 3D print in some unique color, different filament? Maybe a fancy 3D printing setup itself?
Create a short Instagram Reel (15–60 seconds) showing it off.
Tag @cubee3d and use the hashtag #HiveReelsChallenge.
Post before 20th December, 2025.
Drop your Reel link in the #hive-giveaway-entries channel on Discord.

🏅How We Pick the Winners:
Once submissions close on December 20th, the Hive team will review all entries and shortlist the top 10 reels. We’ll look for:
Creativity – Does the Reel stand out? Is there a unique idea, angle, or concept behind it?
Print Quality – How clean, detailed, and well-finished is your Hive print?
Presentation – Is the video easy to watch? Does it flow well or tell a small story?
Hive Spirit – Does it reflect what the Hive community is about — creativity, sharing, and fun?
We’re not judging on fancy equipment or editing skills. You can film your reel on a phone; what matters is the idea and the effort behind it.
The top 10 will then move to community voting from December 21–24 on a dedicated Hive voting channel in Discord. Everyone in the Hive community can watch and vote for their favorite.
The top 3 entries with the most votes win, and results will be announced on December 24 across Hive Discord, Hiveboard, and Cubee3D’s Instagram.
If there’s a tie or suspicious voting, the Hive team will make the final call. The goal is to keep it fun, fair, and all about creativity.
📝 Important Details
By joining the Hive Reels Challenge: Holiday Edition, you agree to these rules:
Your Reels: You can submit up to three awesome Reels. Just make sure each one shows off a different Hive design (one design per Reel, please!).
The Content: Got an older, original Reel you love? That's cool—just repost it during the challenge period! The Hive design needs to be visible, so we can see it clearly. Showing the printing or assembly process is totally optional.
The Vibe: No need for fancy, professional editing! We love authenticity, originality, and creativity way more than high production value. Keep it real!
Ownership: You confirm that the content you submit is yours. By entering, you give Cubee3D permission to share your Reel on our channels (like promotions, newsletters, and campaigns). We want to show off your talent!
Who Can Join? All Hive members around the world are welcome! Just follow all the guidelines, tag everything correctly, and submit before the deadline.
Heads Up: We have to keep it fair. Any entries with copied, AI-generated, or unoriginal stuff, or anything that violates the rules/is inappropriate, might get pulled. The Hive team has the final say on disqualifications.
The Fine Print (but Fun): Cubee3D might change, pause, or cancel the challenge if needed. For the challenge to be considered valid, a minimum of 30 unique Reels must be submitted by the deadline. The Hive team’s decisions will be final and binding for this challenge.
