Mushroom Wall Lamp “fomes Fomentarius”

A unique wall lamp based on a 3d scan of the mushroom “Fomes Fomentarius”.
Instructions
Get an LED puck cabinet light like the Bambulab LED lamp kit 001.
Print all parts. Make sure the bottom is printed in light or translucent filament while the top should not let any light through.
You can either screw or glue the holder onto your wall. There are various glue or tape products for wall fixation out there. I used 3M wall mount Tape. Diameter of the two screw holes: 5,5mm.
Attach the light with the tape from the lamp kit.
Glue the bottom into the top.
Insert the shelf by moving it horizontally onto the holder until the holder is completely inside the cutout.
Size assembled: 180 x 130 x 105 mm
