Question 1

How do I choose my designer after purchase?

Accepted Answer

After completing your purchase, you'll get immediate access to all designer portfolios preview. You can browse their full catalogs, see available seats, and select the designer whose style best matches your target market.

Question 2

What if I choose the wrong designer?

Accepted Answer

You have 30 days to switch to a different designer once if your initial choice isn't the right fit. You can also contact our team and we will help you find the best designer for you. Our goal is to ensure you're set up for success.

Question 3

How does the 10% designer royalty work?

Accepted Answer

The 10% royalty (CubeeTrust) is a model that benefits you. When you share revenue with your designer, they're motivated to create MORE exclusive designs for your catalog. You also get access to aggregated sales data from all 100 sellers. It's not just a fee. It's an investment in continuous catalog growth and market intelligence.

Question 4

What makes HivePlus different from HiveCommunity?

Accepted Answer

HivePlus gives you access to ONE exclusive designer catalog limited to just 100 sellers worldwide, plus photos and videos with every design, shared sales data, and direct support. HiveCommunity has 1,800+ designs but unlimited sellers and no exclusive content.

Question 5

Why only 100 sellers per designer?

Accepted Answer

Limiting each designer catalog to 100 sellers worldwide dramatically reduces your competition. Instead of competing with thousands of sellers using the same designs, you're one of only 100 globally. This allows you to charge premium prices and stand out in the marketplace.

Question 6

How do I pay the 10% royalty?

Accepted Answer

Each month, you input your sales data into the CubeeTrust system, which calculates your royalty amount. A payment link is generated, and you send payment directly to the designer. This shared data helps the entire community see market trends.

Question 7

When do seats open up if a designer is full?

Accepted Answer

Seats become available when existing members cancel their subscription or switch to a different designer. We don't have a waitlist system, but you can check seat availability in real-time on each designer's page.

Question 8

Can I upgrade from Monthly to Quarterly or Annual?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can upgrade your billing cycle at any time. Contact our support team to adjust your plan.

Question 9
